What is the Pennsylvania Land Recycling Program?

The Pennsylvania Land Recycling Program, also known as Act 2, provides a voluntary cleanup program that allows contaminated properties to be safely redeveloped while receiving liability protection from the state.  The program is administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP).
